About Executive Chef Ken Wang

Leading Chinese Cricket Club's culinary expansion with over 12 years’ experience, Chef Wang's individual style of cooking fuses modern techniques with authentic flavours to ensure his contemporary dishes retain the essence of conventional Chinese cuisine.

The restaurant is named in honour of the original Chinese National Cricket team, who played their first international match in 2009.

Trained in the Jiangsu Province of China, Chef Ken Wang is a skilled Chinese Style master of cooking with 20 years experience. His passion for creating authentic flavours is matched with his creative attention to detail.

He appreciates that Sichuan cuisine is our speciality whilst also being aware of the diverse guests we have dining with us. Wang has mastered a new menu style that caters for someone experiencing their first taste as well as the experienced Sichuan food connoisseur.
