Ring in the festive season in convivial surroundings with a sharing menu of traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes. Chef Ken Wang and his team have prepared an 8-plated festive menu, based on guests sharing all the dishes in every course and finishing with one dessert each.

STARTER
• Chef's Signature Dim Sum Platter prawn & scallop dumpling, chicken dumpling, mooli pumpkin puff
• Crispy Aromatic Duck served with pancakes, finely sliced spring onions and cucumber with hoi sin sauce

MAIN COURSE
• Steamed sea bass fillet with soy sauce
• Beef fillet with black bean sauce
• Kung Po turkey
• Seasonal greens pak choi, asparagus and snow peas (v)
• Oriental fried rice stir-fried with pak choi and edamame

DESSERT
• Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
