Masterclass
Executive Chef de Cuisine, Brendan Speed, formerly of Zuma Istanbul, is hosting a series of masterclasses that will reveal the secrets behind some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes.
During these fascinating 90 minute presentations, guests will be able to test their senses and have an opportunity to taste, smell and touch some of the specialist ingredients that are the staples of Chinese cooking. Intriguing background information on the origins of and the history behind these ingredients will also be given.
Classes will run from 2:30pm - 4:30pm. Dates are as follows:

All this plus beverages to match costs just £57.50 per head. Each class is between 6 - 10 people per session and early reservations are recommended.
