Trained in the Jiangsu Provence of China, Chef Ken Wang is a skilled Chinese Style master of cooking with 20 years experience. His passion for creating authentic flavours is matched with his creative attention to detail.
Wang counts London as one of his key inspirations in creating new, fashionable dishes, still with a classic feel. He also enjoys visiting Chinatown for it’s hometown feeling.
He appreciates that Sichuan cuisine is our speciality whilst also being aware of the diverse guests we have dining with us. Wang has mastered a new menu style that caters for someone experiencing their first taste as well as the experienced Sichuan food connoisseur.
