Dim Sum Master Class

Monday 4th June, 6pm – 8:30pm

We create home-made dim sum every day and now you can master the art of making Chinese dumplings with head chef Ken Wang and dim sum chef Mai Lan.

*Prosecco & lychee on arrival
*Make 5 types dim sum (minimum 10 pieces):
Vegetable spring roll
Chicken wonton (served in soup)
Chicken sui mai
Scallop & prawn sui mai
Seafood wor tip
*Jasmine tea when seated down
*Fresh mint tea after eating the dim sum
